Clients wishing to engage external caterers must agree to all Terms and Conditions required by Bursaria Fine Foods and the National Trust and comply with the provision of information including Certificate of Currency of required insurance. Bursaria Fine Foods has control and authority over all activity on site, prior to, during and after the Function. The Function Co-ordinator shall approve all set-up of equipment, marquees, and other construction as the case may be.
